Wi-Fi on the D.C. Metro?

In early April, London announced that underground travellers are able to use their phones on the Tube to make calls over the Internet. Customers with service from the provider EE who have Lumia 640 phones and the new Samsung Galazy S6 and S6 Edge are able to use a service called Wi-Fi calling on the commutes to work. Other phones, like the IPhone are expected to get this feature in the coming weeks.
